The Role
Network Engineer with Cisco R&S and Voice experience to support the Solution Sales Division, 60% Pre-Sales support & 40% Post-Sales (Including Project Management and Deployment Support). Our ideal candidate should have an in depth knowledge of networking in areas of LAN/WAN technology and routing and switching. Also, must be able to create network plans and interoperability solutions and to troubleshoot as needed
Requirements
Enables the work of the managed service by solving networking challenges on a daily basis & integration of different networks types.
Upgrading the networks & providing high level support all times
Ensuring LAN/WAN continuity functionality
Responsible for ongoing support & maintenance of wired & wireless network.
Design & implementing of Cisco IPT solution & voice applications, including Cisco call manger , voice gateways & Unity or Unity connection solution
Perform other similar responsibilities & related duties as & when assigned by direct supervisor or management
Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers (28xx, 29xx, 39xx, 38xx, and 18xx 19xx).
Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches (2960, 3560, 3750, 4500 & 6500) & Inter VLAN Configuration.
Excellent presentation skills
Meet the clients and understand their requirements.
Writing RFPs based on client requirements for Storage & Servers products.
Required Certifications:
CCNP
CCNA Wireless
DCUCI
HP pre-sales certified professional
