The Role
Your role as a Project Manager is to develop and maintain the life cycle of the ‘better brand experience’ through effective client handling, delivery of the clients brand implementation, way finding & research projects, design enhancement and strategic planning to ensure all agreed tasks are delivered within required time frames to the highest of standards, whilst maintaining expected margins.
The Project Manager is the first point of contact for our clients and will develop long lasting relationships over time.
You may also be required to assist with tasks that are outside the immediate remit of your role, such as close liaison with production and design team, and new business pitch proposals.
– Develop and ensure continuity of client relationships ensuring any client relationships are developed into long-term accounts.
– Maintain daily contact with clients, suppliers and installers as the focal point of developing brand experience.
– Ensure client satisfaction to deepen client relationships and client loyalty.
– Take, understand and establish requirements of project briefs.
– Identify required resource and assign individual responsibilities.
– Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and any changes in scope.
– Create and execute project work plans and revise as needs change.
– Review deliverable prepared by team before passing to client.
– Ensure provision of brand experience services is consistent with consultancy methodology and standards.
– Build a knowledge base of each client's business, organisation and objectives.
– Encourage the creative discussion on the brands effectiveness in the market.
– Minimize our exposure and risk on projects.
– Ensure project documents are complete, current, and digitally stored.
– Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
– Administer a smooth running of expected output.
