The Role
Contracts Manager required for a leading main contractor, for a new Mall project in Dubai with a value of 1.2Billion AED
The role will be based from the site, There is a duration of 2.5years and long term work afterwords.
You will be responsible for all contract issues on your project. You will report directly to the commercial/contracts Director who is from the UK.

Requirements
Degree Qualified QS with at least 10 years experience. You will have excellent contract knowledge particularity using the Fidic contract.
You will have worked for a main contractor in Europe as well as the Middle East.
